The Queensland Rose Society Inc (QRS) meet at the Annerley Church of Christ Hall, 459 Annerley Rd, Annerley, Qld at 7:00pm for 7:30pm on the second Wednesday of February, March, April, June, July, September and November. No monthly meeting in May or October as these are when our Annual Rose Shows are held.

At our Monthly Meetings we have rose bench competitions, guest speakers or workshops, raffle prizes and enjoy the company of fellow QRS members with some light refreshments after the meeting.  Visitors are welcome.

We hold Annual Rose Shows at the Brisbane Botanic Gardens Mt Coot-tha Auditorium, Mt Coot-tha Rd, Toowong.  The Autumn Rose Show is held in May and the Spring Rose Show is held in October.  The Rose Shows showcase championship exhibits, product and plant sales, raffle prizes, and you can enjoy morning/afternoon tea or lunch.  At the end of the show, bunches of exhibition roses are available to purchase.

All QRS members are encouraged to exhibit roses at Monthly Meetings and Annual Rose Shows.
